Through our program, Community Solar saves money for your properties and your tenants.  Each ‘subscriber’ that signs up for your Community Solar program receives an electric bill credit for their ‘share’ of the solar system built on your roof.  In turn, each subscriber receives an electric bill credit discount.  The result is consistent savings to the properties, which serve as anchor subscribers, and tenants of the building or community.  Additional benefits also may accrue, including a development fee, lease payment, roof upgrade, and property tax abatement.
