NYC Local Law 97 Compliance

On-site renewable energy holds an important role in LL97 compliance, and we will work with your team to ensure the solar project can cost-effectively meet regulatory compliance. In our capacity as Owner’s Representative, we work with property owners to model potential savings based on their tax liability, manage a competitive bid process, review designs, and provide construction administration.

Local Law 92/94 Compliance

Local Laws 92/94, the sustainable rooftop laws, provide opportunities for developers and property owners to generate new value. Enacted in 2019, these laws require property owners to install a solar and/or green roof system on any new roof. Our joint expertise in solar and green roof systems enables us to optimize the use of all rooftop space for a new development or major rehabilitation project. Our value-driven approach seeks to optimize returns and reduce costs through strategic design and project finance. For solar projects, there are opportunities to leverage substantial city, state and Federal incentives that generate meaningful returns for solar electric systems.

LL92 - AFFORDABLE HOUSING

For affordable housing projects seeking to comply with Local Law 92, we integrate seamlessly with your broader team throughout the design and construction processes. We ensure your project meets all HPD reporting requirements. Our 3rd party community solar program provides value to the housing partner, property entity and low-income tenants.
